Create short, scheduled messages that can be shown:
- Anywhere via the
[wwamm_message]shortcode. - Automatically at the top of the WooCommerce cart page.
- Highlighted on the WooCommerce order confirmation ("Your order will be shipped on ...").
Each message has a 6-character auto-generated ID, start/end schedule, active/inactive toggle, and a view + order-confirmation counter.

- Change: message is no longer included in the "completed order" or "customer invoice" emails. Those emails go out when the order is already shipped or invoiced, so a pre-shipping delay notice does not belong there. The message still appears in the "processing" and "on hold" customer emails, which are sent before shipment.

- Fix: theme CSS could wash out message text and background (e.g. Colibri light-on-light). Base frontend styles now use !important on colors, background, borders and typography so themes cannot silently override readability. Custom CSS from Settings is loaded after the base styles and can still override.
